I am a painter and live in Portland, Oregon. My paintings focus mainly on portraiture, I'm not sure why I'm drawn to the figure but it may have started back in art school with my first figure drawing class. Currently my inspiration has come from women around the world and currently most of my women come from Russia. I love how these women capture the viewer with their gaze, their confidence with themselves and their sexuality fascinate me. I paint with oils usually on wood, sometimes on canvas. The paintings are one of a kind and continue to evolve as I continue to learn how to manipulate the paint.
